How to make

We cut our meat in a thin julienne. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and blend it with our meat. We keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
We take our marinated meats in a flat and deep Teflon, add 1 tea glass of hot water and cook quickly over high heat. We adjust the salt when our meats are nearly cooked.
While our meats are being cooked, we chop our potatoes thicker than a matchstick.
For serving, we put our potatoes on a portion size plate. We add our meat to the middle. We pour the strained yogurt around it. We pour the oil and chili peppers over our dish and serve it hot.
Enjoy your meal…
