Then it will be served with mint and butter sauce. The key to our soup is tempering. Certainly, the temperature of the sauce and the soup should be at the same level. Ingredients

-1 egg
-1 glass of yoghurt
-2 tablespoons of flour,
-1 teaspoon of thyme
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 bouillon (can be meat or chicken broth)
-4 glasses of water (in total)

For the above;

-1 tablespoon of butter
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1 full teaspoon of dried mint

How to make

Whisk the egg and salt in the pan for a minute, add yogurt and flour and continue whisking.
A total of 4 glasses of water, meat, or chicken stock is added and a smooth consistency is obtained (I used bouillon).
Thyme is thrown, mixed with a whisk over medium heat and cooked until it reaches a consistency, and the stove is turned off.
Butter and oil are heated in a sauce bowl and mint are added.
It is served either in bowls or in a pot (optionally, dill goes very well).
