Apple Cake


I can say it is one of the tastiest and softest cakes I have ever eaten. I like the cornmeal cake anyway, but when it comes to carrots and apples, its flavor is completely different. It will be from the fruits in it, especially when it is warm, it becomes soft, like cotton.

-2 eggs
-1 tea glass of grape molasses
-Half a glass of milk
-Less than half a glass of -olive oil (you can put it if you want a full diet)
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 packet of vanilla
-1.5 cups whole wheat flour
-1 apple
-Half a glass of walnut
-Half a glass of raisins
-Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

How to make

Egg and molasses are whipped. Add oil and milk and mix.
Add cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, mix. Flour is added little by little. If you think it is too strict, you can reduce the amount of flour.
Apple paste, walnuts and grapes are added and poured into oiled cake mold by mixing.
160 degrees cake is kept in the oven until it is cooked. I did not keep it for the cooking time. You can check if it is cooked after 30 minutes with the help of a toothpick. Walnuts and grapes are optional. Bon Appetit
