Arm Rolls with Potato

For dough:

-6 cups flour
-3 glasses of water (controlled to the consistency of dough)
-1 teaspoon salt


-4 medium potatoes
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of chili pepper
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 spoonful butter
-4 tablespoons of olive oil
(Optionally you can add cheese and parsley)

How to make

Flour, water, and salt are mixed and turned into dough.
Our dough is kept for 20 minutes.
We boil our potatoes and mash them, mix black pepper, chili pepper, and salt.
Fats are melted in a pan.
We divide our prepared dough into 6 equal parts.
We put oil on each dough layer and stack it on top of each other and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Then we roll out the dough one by one wide by our hands and lay our potatoes.
Then we roll it up.
We apply the remaining oil on it.
We sprinkle the black cumin and throw it in the oven at 160 degrees.
We cook it until it's browned bon appetit :).
