One of the tastes that go well with every table, event, and table must be muscular. We have decided to prepare this delicious flavor, which you can prepare with different vegetables according to the season, which you can present either in the oven or as frying, in its most popular form, and we brought carrot and pumpkin together. It is also possible to store this patty, which we fry in a pan with a little oil, in the freezer after cooking.
You can easily consume it with a yogurt sauce, as a snack, or as a practical main course in large portions. One of the tricks of making mustard, which does not release its water, is to squeeze the juice after grating the zucchini and sprinkle the salt on it after cooking, not on the mustard mixture. The zucchini with the carrot that you will prepare in this way will be one of your favorite light and practical flavors, bon appetit!
-4 medium zucchini
-Half a bunch of dill
-20-25 pieces of parsley
-8-10 green onions
-200 grams of white cheese (can be lighht for dieters, the amount can be reduced)
-1 cup of flour (it can decrease and decrease according to the consistency) I used whole wheat flour

How to make
Peel the zucchini, grate it and squeeze it out.
Finely chop other greens.
Grind the white cheese with a fork.
Whisk the eggs well in a separate bowl, foam to foam.
Combine all the ingredients as if you were making pancakes.
The important thing here is to adjust the amount of flour. It shouldn't be too runny so that it will breathe.
Grease your ovenware with very little oil or use baking paper.
Pour all ingredients into your bowl and put them in your oven preheated to 200 degrees. I will not be able to give time and heat, I cooked it in my turbo oven, it cooks a little quickly. Then I let the heat down and let it sigh, for example.
When it starts to fry, take it out, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cook until the cheddars melt and brown.
