Since we are a society that consumes both kebab and pastry, and we cannot give up both, it should not be hard to guess how this recipe came out.

We also shared a lavash recipe that you can easily prepare for this recipe, but if you wish, you can make this recipe practical with ready-made dough, tortilla bread, or ready-made lavash. Your word is on this!

We mixed both pepper and tomato paste in its sauce to add flavor to its flavor. You can also prepare your beyti kebab with the one you love the most. We leave the recipe for beyti kebab here. Now it is up to you to enjoy it.

How to make

First of all, we prepare the meatball of our beyt. Let's take the onion, garlic and egg on the rond. If you don't want to use Rondo, you can grate onion and garlic.
Let's mix the meatballs, minced meat, breadcrumbs and spices, which we take for the meatballs, in a deep bowl and knead the meatballs well.
Let's take a small amount of the meatball mortar and shape it in a long and flat way. Remember, the meatballs will become shorter and thicker while cooking, if you want to remove large amounts of meatballs, you can make your meatballs thinner.
Let us place the meatballs we shape on the baking tray, where you lay out baking paper.
Let's cook our meatballs in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Let's melt the butter, close to the meatballs.
Let's take one of the dough and cut it in half.
Let's apply a piece of butter on a single layer.
Let's arrange the meatballs that we bought from the oven in a single row without leaving any space on the large part of the pastry, and wrap the edges of the pastry in a roll form. (You can see this section in photos and video)
After wrapping all the ingredients, we cut the rolls in a regular way and put them back on the tray.
Let's put butter on them and put them in the oven.
Let's prepare the tomato sauce while our kebab is fried in the oven. For this, let's melt the butter in the pan, add the tomato grater. After boiling for a few minutes, let's add black pepper and salt. If the consistency is dark, you can add some water.
After the dough is lightly browned, let's take it out of the oven.
After we put our Beyti kebab on the serving plate, let it pour over the tomato sauce and put a few spoons of yogurt.
Let's serve hot hot :)
