45 Minutes

4 Servings

How to make

We throw the yeast into a glass of warm milk and add sugar to it and let it melt with a spoon :) (here the milk must be warm, it will cut the yeast if it is hot, it will not ferment if it is cold)
After it melts, we pour it into the bowl, add the liquid oil and add the flour gradually, add the salt and get a soft dough that does not stick to the hand :))
We cover it with a cloth to ferment it and leave it to rest for half an hour :)
In the meantime, we open the tomato paste with very little water, add thyme, and prepare it, chop the top ingredients in small pieces and prepare them. I used sausage, sausage, olives, and peppers.
You can use other materials you desire :))
We take the resting dough on the counter and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin and cut it with a tea glass and lay it on an oiled or oiled paper oven tray.
We continue the process until all the dough is finished :)
We apply tomato paste on the tiny doughs first, then add the grated cheddar and your favorite pizza toppings and bake, add a little more grated cheddar cheese close to the browning and bake again until the cheese melts, rest a little after cooking and serve :))
I baked it at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, but since this time and temperature varies from oven to oven, I say you cook it in a controlled manner according to your oven setting :)) Bon appetit for those who try it already :))
