Bridal Cake (Full Consistency)

-4 eggs
-1 glass of granulated sugar
-1 glass of flour
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 packet of vanilla

To Soak The Cake;

-2 glasses of cold milk
-2 tablespoons of sugar

For Custard;

-1-liter milk
-1 glass of granulated sugar
-3 tablespoons of flour
-2 tablespoons of starch
-1 packet of vanilla
-1 package of whipped cream (75 g)

For the above;

-Coconut, hazelnut, walnut (whichever you prefer)

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer until they turn white.
Add vanilla, baking powder, flour, and mix again.
Let's grease the rectangular boron and pour the cake dough and put it in the oven that we set at 170 degrees. It will be ready in 15 minutes.
Let's check it with a toothpick and let our cake cool.
Let's mix the milk and sugar and pour it over when our cake is completely cooled.
Let's prepare our pudding, put all the ingredients except the whipped cream in the pot, mix them, and turn on the stove.
Let's mix it until it thickens.
After it gets dark, let it cool.
After it becomes warm, let's add the whipped cream in a powder form and whisk it with the help of a mixer.
If it feels a little solid, you can add half a tea glass of milk.
After mixing for 3 minutes, let's pour it on our cake.
You can serve it after keeping it in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours.
