Ingredients

-2 glasses of milk
-2 eggs
-half a tea glass of oil
-salt
-a pinch of dill
-Flour to make pancakes dough (9-10 tablespoons approx)

Inner material;

-2 tablespoons of oil
-2 pieces of chicken breast (up to 350 g)
-1 onion
-1 teaspoon tomato paste
-1 medium potato
-1 cup boiled peas
-salt
-chili pepper
-black pepper

For the bechamel sauce;

-1.5 glasses of milk
-1 tablespoon of butter
-1.5 tablespoons of flour
-salt

Over;

-Grated Cheddar Cheese

How to make

Chicken Crepe Bundle Recipe Preparation:
First of all, we prepare the crepe: We whisk the egg in a bowl.
We add oil, milk, flour, and salt on it and mix well with the whisk.
We finely chop the dill and add it to the mixture.
We heat the Teflon pan, pour the mixture with a ladle, and cook on both sides.
We leave it to cool.
For the filling, we cut the potato into cubes and fry in a little oil.
We chop the onion for cooking and fry it in oil.
We add the meat and cook it until it absorbs the water.
We add tomato paste.
We roast it for 5 more minutes, add the potatoes, peas, salt, turn it for a while and take it from the stove.
We take pancakes on a bowl.
We put it from the inner material and fold it into a bundle.
We cover it with a toothpick.
We turn it over on the tray.
We apply the same process to all pancakes.
For the bechamel sauce: We fry the butter and flour until they turn pink.
We add the milk, salt, and mix until it thickens.
We distribute the béchamel sauce on the bundles on the tray.
Finally, we add grated cheddar cheese on it.
We keep it in the oven until the cheese melts and turns brown (about 15-20 minutes).
