-1 tablespoon butter
-2 tablespoons flour
-1 small onion
-1 medium potato
-1 medium carrot
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
-pepper, salt
-1 cup chicken broth

45 Minutes

4 Servings

How to make

We roast the onions in butter. We continue to add the corn floury on top of the roasted onion and mix.
We straighten the carrots and add enough boiling water (in chicken broth) after 1-2 mixing.
We also cut the potatoes very large.
We pass our cooked soup on the burlap. We roast tomato paste and pepper on it. It will be better if we pour it during service. Bon Appetit
