Custard Cake


We are not used to seeing dried figs in desserts. We said that if we were used to it, we would have many lovers, and we made this wonderfully light dessert that is appetizing and enchanting with its moist structure! In this dessert, where the aroma of coffee suits well, its slightly moist and soft structure will conquer the hearts of everyone!

-2 eggs
-1 tea glass of sugar
-1 teacup of oil
-1 tea glass of milk
-2 soup spoons of cocoa
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 glass of flour

To pour over;

-1 tea glass of milk

For the custard;

-2 glasses of milk (200ml measuring glass)
-1 tea glass of sugar
-1 tablespoon of flour
-1 tablespoon of starch
-1 egg yolk
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
-1 tablespoon of butter
-3 tablespoons of cheese

*Tea glass 125 ml
*Water glass 250 ml
*Cake mold 26m-7cm

How to make

Eggs and sugar are whisked until it foams well.
Add other cake ingredients and mix on low setting, pour into the oiled cake mold (hit the counter a few times to spread it evenly)
It is baked in a preheated oven at 175 °. It was cooked in my oven in 20 minutes * Take a toothpick test, it is cooking very quickly, keep an eye on it.
The baked cake is taken out of the mold. I took it off after 25 minutes, it came out very easily.
Milk is drizzled on the cake.
For the sauce, milk, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, flour and starch are taken into the pan, mixed thoroughly and the bottom of the stove is turned on, butter is added and the bottom is boiled and the bottom is turned off and left to warm.
It is mixed occasionally in order not to keep the shell.
Iliyan pudding is added with labne cheese and whipped thoroughly with a blender (the thick pudding is whipped with labne cheese and turns into a smooth and thick pudding)
It is poured over the cooled cake and left to rest.
Cocoa is sprinkled on the cake that has cooled down. I also sprinkled pieces of hazelnuts on it again, it looked very good.
After resting for 2/3 hours, you can serve it by slicing.
