Ingredients

-1 cup of oatmeal
-1 banana
-1 egg white
-Half a cup of walnuts
-Half tea glass of raisins
-4 dates
-1 dried fig
-1 teaspoon of baking powder

How to make

After whisking the egg white a little, we add 1 medium banana and crush it.
Then we add oats and other ingredients.
I did not write the number of walnuts or anything, it was completely up to you, I used very little.
When all the ingredients are mixed and shaped without sticking to our hands, we put them on greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven.
If the mixture sticks to our hands, you can add some more oats, bon appetit :)
