How to make

Let's peel the potato and wash it well, divide it into thin thin slices.
On the other hand, let's keep the squash in vinegar water for 2-3 minutes and slice it thinly without peeling it off.
Let's take 2 pans, add 3-4 tablespoons of oil to each of them on the stove, turn on the stove to medium temperature, then place one of the zucchini on the pan randomly, close the lid, and cook (fry) by stirring occasionally.
Let's arrange the potatoes in the other pan, shape them one on top of the other, close the lid, and leave it to cook over medium heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cooked zucchini and turn off the stove. Our zucchini is ready.
After the bottom of the potatoes in the other pan is fried, let's turn them over in a plate and transfer them back into the pan and cook the other sides.
While the potatoes are being cooked, we break 2 eggs in the bowl, add enough salt, and beat them with a fork.
Let's add the courgettes on the potatoes and spread them evenly on all sides.
Let's pour the beaten egg evenly on all sides, cook for 1-2 minutes, then place the cheddar slices on it and continue to cook for 4-5 more minutes on medium heat.
After melting our cheddars, let's serve hot, bon appetit.
