Fish Bread Recipe with Onions


The adventure of fish and bread started in Galata Bridge.

These boats selling fish between bread were approaching the Galata Bridge, not the beach when they were first established.

With the permission to stay permanently on the shore, fish and bread boats moved from Galata Bridge to Eminönü beach 12 years ago.

Although the location of the boats has changed, the taste they offer and the interest they receive have never changed.

4 small baguettes
2 piece perch file
1 small onion
1 teaspoon of red paprika
Half a bunch of parsley
Olive oil
Black pepper

How to make

Clean and wash the parsley and leave it in a strainer. When the water is drained, separate it leaf by leaf. Clean the onion and chop the parsley.

Lightly rub olive oil on the fillets and cook in double oil on the grill. Mix the onion, parsley, chili pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl and crush a little. Cut the bread in half as sandwiches and put them between a piece of fish and parsley onion. Serve hot.
