How to make
Let's divide the cauliflower into its flowers (small branches), clean the blackened parts and the hard parts of the roots, and wash the rest thoroughly.
Take the cauliflowers in a pot, add boiled water and salt to cover it, and boil it for 8-10 minutes. (I added an extra glass of milk into the water, it is up to your taste to make it whiter and vitamin-rich)
Take care that it does not become too soft while boiling so that it does not scatter while frying.
In a separate bowl; Let's mix 1 glass of milk (or water), flour, egg, and salt and prepare a mixture that is neither too liquid nor too solid.
Let's find the cooled cauliflower in this mixture and throw it into the hot oil. When it turns slightly pink, let's put it into a large bowl.
We mix the yogurt, garlic, and salt and pour over the cauliflowers.
When we will serve; Let's melt the butter in a pot, throw red pepper on it and pour this sizzling oil over our yogurt.
