Fruit Pie Recipe


After a carefully prepared tart dough is kept in the refrigerator, it is carefully opened and baked. After being coated with cream, red berries are lined up one by one. The addition of powdered sugar used in the serving of the recipe reveals its colorfulness.

For the dough:

-2 cups flour
-1 tea glass of powdered sugar
-1 egg
-1 teaspoon k. Dust
-1 packet of vanilla
-150 grams of butter

For the cream:

-2 and a half glasses of milk
-2 tablespoons of flour
-1 egg yolk
-1.5 tablespoons of cheese
-1 tablespoon of butter
-1 teaspoon of starch
-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

How to make

First of all, we knead your dough and rest it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then we roll out the dough in half a cm thickness, cut circles of the size we want, place these circles into our mold, and pierce the base with a fork.
I baked it in silicone small cake molds. It was superb. We bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
On the other hand, we prepare our cream by mixing and whisking all the ingredients.
After cooking, we add the labneh and whisk it a little more with a mixer.
We fill our pies out of the oven with cream and decorate them with fruits.
If our tartlets will wait, you can apply the ready-to-eat tart jelly on the fruits
