Hand Opened Rose Pastry

-350 grams of feta cheese

-40 grams of melted butter
-40 grams of sunflower oil

-1 egg yolk
-Black seed

How to make

Knead the flour, water, salt, and sunflower oil together.
Divide the dough into 5 equal meringues and open each meringue with your hand and put oil on them.
Take a dough that you stack on top of each other and pull it out by pulling it with your hand.
There will be as fine as trench as possible. The ground will be visible.
Then add the cheese mixture and place it on a rolled greased tray.
Prepare each dough in the same way and place it on a tray.
