How to make

First we put our flour in the bowl for our hamburger bread, add all the ingredients on it, mix it with the help of a spoon, then knead it with our hands.
Then put it in the bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes, then cut it into 7 pieces and make round balls.
Spread the water with the help of a brush and sprinkle the sesame seeds with our hands, spread the light dough and let them rest for 45 minutes with the covers closed, let's open our oven to 200 degrees 20 minutes before putting it in the oven.
In order for our burgers to be soft, let's put a baking tray on the bottom of the oven and put 1 glass of water in it, then put our breads in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let's take it out of the oven and let it cool.
For the inside, let us chop all the ingredients into our minced meat and prepare them according to your own wishes. After kneading well, we make hamburger-sized meatballs and fry with margarine.
Then cut the cold breads and decorate the meatballs that want us to lettuce our tomatoes, let's decorate the onion that we want, if we put slices of cheese in it, let us heat it in the microwave or normal oven for 1 minute to melt it slightly.
