Hot Turkish Ezme

-3 kilos of red pepper
-1 kilo of green pepper
-3 kilos of tomatoes
-Half a link parsley
-1 head of garlic
-1 teacup of oil
-Pickled hot peppers (if any)

How to make

All the ingredients are washed and the inside of the peppers is cleaned.
