The hummus recipe is one of the best appetizers prepared with boiled chickpeas with the help of olive oil, tahini, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. It is flavored with hummus, cumin, and garlic, which gains consistency with the other ingredients in the recipe. The chickpeas, the peels of which are removed one by one, are turned into a creamy consistency by pounding in an old-fashioned mortar or mixing them with a blender. Hummus, which can also be prepared with pastrami, is served with hot oil with powdered red pepper. It can be spread on toasted bread slices or served as a snack or dip sauce accompanied by corn chips.

-3 cups of conversed chickpeas (drained)
-1/3 cup tahini
-Juice of 2 lemons or 2-3 tablespoons of prepared lemon juice
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 cloves of garlic
-1/2 (half) teaspoon cumin
For the above:
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to make
We crush all the ingredients in the blender until it is pureed well (a few spoons of water can be added to make it more fluid to choose according to your desire)
