Meatless Okra Recipe


Okra is one of the vegetables that we didn't like very much when we were children, but we add value as we grow up. -Half kg of fresh okra
-2 tomatoes
-1 onion
-3 green peppers
-Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
-2 tablespoons of oil
-Half a lemon
seasoning (black pepper, chili pepper)
-5 glasses of hot water

How to make

Chop the onion for cooking and fry.
Add the diced pepper when it turns pink and roast the peppers.
Add the diced tomato and tomato paste.
Mix for 2-3 minutes and add the washed and cleaned okra.
When the okra is roasted for 1-2 minutes, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add hot water.
Finally, add salt and spices and leave to cook without mixing too much.
