*200-milliliter water glass

For dough:

-Half a pack of fresh yeast
-1 glass of warm milk
Half tea glass of sugar
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
-1 tablespoon of honey
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 eggs
-Half tea glass of melted butter
-About 4 glasses of flour as it takes

-1 egg yolk
-3 tablespoons of milk

How to make

Liquid ingredients are whipped beforehand. Flour is added slowly and the soft dough is kneaded. (The dough will be better if it is kneaded for at least 5 minutes or more).

16 equal balls are made without kneading the fermented dough too much.

It is cooked in an oven preheated to 180 -200 degrees until it is browned.
