Minced Meat and Herby Cheese Pita

How about preparing a delicious pita with minced meat that will taste even better than what you eat outside? This time, we easily make pita with minced meat, one of the most popular pide recipes, at home. From the preparation of the pita dough to the preparation of the pita with minced meat, we explain all the tricks one by one.

First of all, the mortar with minced meat, which forms the backbone of the minced meat pita recipe, will be prepared. The filling to be laid on the pita will be prepared from raw. That's the golden point, in a sense flavor points. The ground beef will not be too lean, it will be a veal/lamb mixture even in a small proportion. Vegetables to be cut into very small pieces after peeling the skin. A food processor will not be involved, parsley will not turn black. When all the ingredients come together, it will be minced with armor, if necessary, flavored with tomato paste and spices, and rest in a corner. Not over. Instead of going out of the oven and buying bread dough, the pita dough will also be prepared at home, fermented, and opened at length.

In the morning, tea will be brewed, and when it's time for dinner, plenty of sparkling ayran will be prepared. Pita with minced meat to taste.
