My Glaze Recipe (Super Ice Cream)


For most of us, ice cream is one of the timeless foods, appetizing desserts that make you want to eat as we eat. With the warming of the weather, it became more sought after and asked. Have we been indifferent? Of course no.

There are a few technical issues hidden in his recipe to keep it consistency, but this is not an obstacle to preparing a plain, widely used vanilla ice cream in our homes.

-4 eggs
-1 glass of sugar
-1.5 glasses of milk
-2 packs of whipped cream

For Vanilla;

-1 packet of vanilla
-Coarsely ground walnut -kernels

For Cocoa
Chocolate Chip;

-1-2 teaspoons of cocoa (it tastes better when it is a light color)
-Chocolate chips or chocolate chips

For Fruits;

-Lemon and Cherry Tang (Powder Drink)

How to make

Make your ice cream in the heat of summer and eat it with peace of mind if I am sure you will not want to buy it from outside anymore.

Firstly, in a bowl 1.5 cups of milk with 2 pk. We whisk the whipped cream for 3-4 minutes.
Then we put the egg yolks and whites in separate containers.
We add 1 glass of sugar to 4 egg yolks and beat it with a mixer for 2 minutes.
Then we wash and dry our mixer and whisk the egg whites for 5-6 minutes until they foam.
Finally, we combine all the ingredients in a bowl and continue to whisk at high speed until it turns into a cream. (the final version is in the picture)
When I made it for the first time, I cut the mixture in half and made half with vanilla and half with chocolate.
Then I thought of making fruity and I tried it with Tang powder, which we drink in the summer, and it turned out great too.
For the lemon and cherry, we add the powder little by little and check the taste, we do not pour too much, it will be very sour. 🍨🍨
