How to make

First, put the kidney beans in a saucepan, add enough water to cover it, and boil for 10 minutes to drain the resulting water (let the kidney beans cook but do not disperse).

After turning it in oil for 2 minutes, add sugar, salt, and 1 glass of boiling water and cook potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes.
Then add the beans and control the water. If it is too low, you can add some more boiling water.
Boil the pot with the lid on and over low heat until the potatoes and carrots are cooked. Remember to check the water so that the bottom of the pot does not hold.
