-500 grams of fresh kidney beans
-Half a glass of olive oil
-1 medium potato
-2 tablespoons tomato paste
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-2-3 cloves of garlic
How to make
First, put the kidney beans in a saucepan, add enough water to cover it, and boil for 10 minutes to drain the resulting water (let the kidney beans cook but do not disperse).
On the other hand, chop the onions for cooking and start cooking with half a glass of water in a pot.
After the onions are softened, adding olive oil; First, add the tomato paste, then the potatoes that you cut into cubes, the carrot that you cut into thin circles, and the garlic that you cut finely.
After turning it in oil for 2 minutes, add sugar, salt, and 1 glass of boiling water and cook potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes.
Then add the beans and control the water. If it is too low, you can add some more boiling water.
Boil the pot with the lid on and over low heat until the potatoes and carrots are cooked. Remember to check the water so that the bottom of the pot does not hold.
After your food is cooked, you can take it from the stove and serve it after it cools down.
