Olive Oil Stuffed Artichoke


They are whole flower artichokes, of which a certain part of the outer leaves are removed and the stem part is completely cut. They wait to be silently stuffed after getting rid of the stubborn hairs on the belly, by splitting the middle parts in freshly squeezed lemon juice or lemon water so that they do not darken.

It is challenging to prepare a stuffed artichoke, but it is also delicious. Stuffed with olive oil, prepared with great care, fills the bowls and leaves. Olive oil and lemon slices in the recipe are indispensable.

-3 artichokes
-1 onion (small)
-1 bowl of garnish (I used ready-made garnish)

How to make

Clean the artichokes and put them in a small pot.
If you have a lidded pan you can also do with it.
Fill it with enough water to cover it and add 1 lemon juice.
Boil the artichokes until cooked.
Check it often to make sure it does not fall apart.
Roast the onions in the robot until they turn pink in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add the garnish and fry for 2 minutes.
Fill the cooked artichokes you take on a serving plate with the filling material we prepared.
Prepare a sauce by mixing the juice of 1 lemon, salt, and 1 teaspoon of sugar into half a cup of olive oil and pour the sauce over the artichokes.
You can serve it by decorating it with dill and lemon. Enjoy your meal.
