Paper Kebab Recipe
We are here with another modest and unique flavor of our cuisine: Paper Kebab!
Paper kebab is a wonderful dish that almost all of you eat, because it is blended with vegetables, is practical in its preparation compared to many dishes, and bakes in the oven after wrapping it with paper and packaging it and smells like it. Its presentation is quite elegant and it is much easier to cook this flavor, which makes you wonder what will come out of it when it comes to your plate with the package.
Moreover, when you follow our recipe step by step, it is almost impossible to get a bad result. There will be nobody to say that I can't, a beauty ready to take its place as a main dish at the most beautiful tables you set for your most special guests. -600 g beef in cubes (you can also use lamb)
-2 medium carrots
-2 medium potatoes
-1 cup peas (I used canned peas)
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
Half a tea glass of oil
-A bowl of shallots (about 20)
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of thyme
How to make
Heat the oil in the pan, peel and clean the onions and the meat cut into cubes.
You can close the lid of the pot.
After the meats have released the juice, add the tomato paste and 1 glass of hot water.
After mixing well, continue cooking by closing the lid of the pot. Let your food cook for about 8-9 minutes until the meat is soft.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and peeled tomatoes into cubes, and cut the carrots into small cubes.
Potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots are added to the softened meat and mixed.
When the vegetables are soft, continue cooking with the lid of the pot closed.
When the potato begins to soften, add the peas, black pepper, thyme, and salt, which you washed and strained, and boil for 3-4 minutes more. Take the food from the stove.
Put one-person portions on approximately 30cmx30cm greaseproof paper and fold it as in the photo.
Overlap the long sides first, then fold the edges. Place the folds on the bottom in the tray. Keep it in the oven heated at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
