Let's cover it and ferment it for 30-40 minutes in a warm environment.
After the dough is fermented, let's leave the oven to the highest temperature. I cooked at 250 degrees. You must preheat the oven while you are giving shape.
Let's take tangerine-sized pieces from the fermented dough and roll them with our hands.
Let's flour it lightly and open it a little smaller than the dessert plate with the help of a roller. Neither too thin nor too thick. 1-1. 5 cm thickness is sufficient.
Let's arrange 4-5 pieces of how much they fit on an oiled paper baking tray.
