Potato Salad with Yogurt

The combination of fresh thyme, lots of garlic and olive oil makes everything beautiful, but it suits the potato in a different way. It comes with a festive sauce that will alleviate the taste of the palate. The sauce contains mayonnaise, strained yogurt and some delicious ingredients. -6-7 potatoes
-6-7 gherkins
-1 pinch of dill
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 tea glass of corn
-1 bowl of yogurt
-3 tablespoons of olive oil
-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

How to make

Potatoes are washed without peeling the peel and boiled in a pot with plenty of water.
Boiled potatoes are peeled and cut into large cubes.
In a deep bowl, add yoghurt, mayonnaise, corn, crushed garlic, olive oil, small chopped gherkins, chopped dill and mix.
Cooled potatoes are added to the yoghurt mixture.
If you have time, it can be rested for a few hours and served. Bon Appetit.
