Practical Baked Potato Recipe in Tray


There is a place in the homemade baked potato recipe for all the ingredients you crave after meeting with large potatoes cooked in the oven for a long time, butter kept at room temperature, and grated cheddar cheese.

-6-7 medium potatoes
-2 tablespoons of butter
-1 cup canned corn
-1.5 cups boiled peas
-1.5 cups of boiled carrots
-1.5 cups of grated cheddar cheese
-5 long sausages
-Green and black olives
-1 tea glass pickled gherkins (chopped ring)
-1 teaspoon tomato paste

How to make

Boil and mash the potatoes. Add butter, salt and 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese and mix.
To keep the porridge from sticking with greasy or water-soaked (I soaked it) hand, spread it evenly.
In a separate pan, sauté the sausage with a teaspoon of tomato paste and spread on the potato.
Pour the chopped olives, pickled gherkins, corn, carrots and peas on top of it.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in a 200 degree oven until the cheddars are melted.
Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise. Bon Appetit.
Note: There is no difference in flavor from the baked potatoes you eat outside. You can change the material rates according to the number of people and also preferably the material type. You are also free to choose whether you want to put cheddar on top. I recommend you to serve hot. With love.
