Ingredients

-3 daily ready-made phyllo dough
-1 teacup of oil
-1.5 glasses of milk

-Parsley (I used spinach, white and grated nonfat cheddar cheese. I added some spice)

How to make

Mix milk and oil in a bowl.
Lay the first layer of dough on a flat surface.
Pour the milk-and-fat mixture all over the dough with the help of a small ladle or a spoon and then brush it evenly onto the surface of the dough.
Cover the second dough on top of the first dough and wet it. Cover the third filo pastry on the other two doughs and wet them with a milky liquid.
Create a square shape by combining the opposite sides of the dough consisting of 3 layers of dough in the middle.
Put the stuffing evenly on the square dough.
Then join the opposite corners in the middle to give the shape of an envelope and divide it into 4 parts by cutting the joints.
Cut these 4 pieces into 2 so that they are triangles and then cut those triangles into 2 again.
There will be 16 triangular pies in total.
If you are going to use feta cheese for the inside, I suggest you mix 1 egg white with cheese. Since the edges of the pastry are open, the cheese may melt and flow from the edges.
Take care that they do not overlap, wrap the pastries with a refrigerator bag (as shown in the picture) or cling film and leave them in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours.
If you do not use it immediately, you can gather the donuts together after they are frozen, but if you put them on top of each other and put them in the freezer when they are not frozen yet, the triangles are very likely to stick to each other because it is a wet dough.
When you are going to bake, heat the oven at 180 degrees, place the frozen pies on the baking tray. Put the egg yolk on them and put them in the oven without letting them dissolve.
Cook until golden brown. Enjoy your meal :)
