Restaurant Style Izmir Meatballs

-3- 4 potatoes
-2 tomatoes
-2 green peppers

For the meatballs;

-500 grams of ground beef
-Half a glass of bread crumbs or bread crumbs
-1 egg
-1 teaspoon of cumin

How to make

Let's put our minced meat in our kneading bowl and pass the onion, garlic, parsley through the rondo.
Let's add egg, salt, breadcrumbs and spices on our ground beef and knead.

Let's put it aside. Let's cut our potatoes into apple slices after washing and peeling.
It will be enough to fry our potatoes first, then our meatballs, let's not do the frying process too much, and the smell of raw will be gone.
Then, let's arrange a meatball and a potato in our oven dish and decorate it with tomatoes and peppers.
