For its sherbet;

-2.5 cups sugar
-3 glasses of water
-2-3 drops of lemon juice

For the cake;

-2 eggs
-Half a glass of sugar
-Half a glass of milk
-2 tablespoons of yogurt
-Half a glass of oil
-1 glass of flour
-Half a glass of semolina
-1 packet of vanilla
-1 packet of baking powder

How to make

Let's start preparing our recipe first with its syrup.
Let's take our sugar and water in a pot suitable for our sherbet and let it boil.
15 minutes after our sherbet starts to boil, let's add 2-3 drops of lemon juice and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
And let's take our pot off the stove and let it cool.
For the cake, let's take the eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl, whisk it with the help of a mixer until it becomes foamy.
Let's add milk, yoghurt, oil, flour and semolina on it and beat it with a mixer again.
Then add vanilla and baking powder and whisk for 1 more minute.
Let's pour the dough we have prepared on my small debt and bake it in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes.
Let's pour our chilled sherbet over the first hot dessert and leave it to rest in the refrigerator.
