-1 bunch of basil
-5-6 lemon salt
-6 cups of hot water

How to make

Let's wash the basils beautifully and put them in the pot.
Let's add boiled hot water, sugar and lemon salt.
Let it mix until the sugar melts and close the lid of the pot. We never boil.
Let's let it cool down this way.
Then, let's extract the basil in the pot with the help of a strainer.
