Rice Soup Recipe for Babies

Free_Sample_By_Wix.jpg

You don't need to boil chicken for this soup, you can split a small piece when you boil it for yourself. I coincidentally added chickpeas to the soup as I had just boiled it. By the way, I used very little chickpeas, I don't think it will be effective, but you may not use chickpeas for children with gas problems.

Ingredients

-Half a cup of rice
-1 tea glass of chicken broth
-a piece of boiled chicken meat
-6-7 boiled chickpeas
-1 tablespoon flour (I had whole wheat flour, I used it)
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 tablespoon of oil
-1 teaspoon tomato paste (I recommend using grated tomatoes in the summer.)

20 Minutes

2 Servings

How to make

Add water and boil over the rice, add chicken broth, and less salt to cook.
Chop the boiled chicken meat with a knife as if you were mincing.
Peel the boiled chickpeas and cut them with a knife.
Add the chickpeas and chickens to the boiling soup.
In a separate pan, heat the butter and oil and add the flour.
Stir a little and add the tomato paste or grated tomato, if any. Add a little water and make it into the sauce.
Then add the tomato paste to the boiling soup and mix.
After boiling together for a few minutes (the rice will be soft, by the way), take it off the stove and let cool.
While I was preparing the soup, I especially kept the water low and it became a thick soup. I fed them without adding bread. You can adjust it to yourself. Enjoy your little baby :)

Note: You don't need to boil chicken for this soup separately, you can take a small piece when you boil for yourself. I added the chickpeas to the soup as I just boiled. By the way, I used very little chickpeas, I don't think it will affect, but you may not use chickpeas for children with gas problems.
