In addition to cooking the dishes with its own steam, it enables faster cooking and makes foods such as meat and chicken soft.

If you do not have a pressure cooker in your kitchen, it is possible to prepare soft meats by cooking this recipe on very low heat for 3-4 hours. Health to your hands already!

-3 potatoes
-Half a kilo of cubed meat

How to make

I cut the potatoes with finger fingers and baked them in the oven at 180 degrees with a little olive oil and seasoning (cashew spice) for about twenty minutes. They were crispy and fried.
Since half a kilo of cubed meat is also tiny, I cooked it in a pressure cooker in twenty minutes until it drained.
The seasoning of the meat is up to you.
Then I roasted the meat a little with butter and ground pepper.
I brought them together with healthy potatoes from the oven.
I served it with chopped cold onions.
