For the sherbet:

-2 glasses of milk
-1 glass of water
-2 glasses of sugar (I used 2.5 glasses, it was a bit sweet for us, although my wife liked it very much, I think 2 glasses of sugar will be better because I do not like it very sweet.)

How to make

Put the milk, water, and sugar in a small saucepan, stir and heat until the sugar dissolves.
It does not need to boil, sugar will be sufficient if it dissolves.
Then you can turn off the stove and start roasting the semolina.
Put the margarine in a saucepan where you can roast the semolina easily and wait until it melts.
After the margarine melts, add the semolina.
Fry, stirring constantly, with a wooden spoon until the semolina darkens.
Making halva is actually very simple, but the roasting stage really requires a strong arm. If you are two people, you can leave it together and run away :)
When the color of the semolina turns and releases its delicious scent, you can take a spoonful of semolina in a small bowl and pour a spoonful of sherbet on it and check its color.
Since I do not like light color, I roast it well, then when the color is sufficient, first take the lid of the pot and pour the sherbet very carefully.
Immediately close the lid of the pot, the syrup may splash.
Then, wait for 6-7 minutes to thicken by mixing.
Turn off the stove and cover the pot and wait for the halva to infuse.
I like halva better after it has cooled, even when it is warm. Mix it and lay plastic wrap in a small bowl and lay it on the base and sides of the halva.
Put ice cream in the middle, turn it over.
You can serve it by decorating it with peanuts.
