-2 large daily ready-made dough

For sauce:

-1 tea glass of milk
-1 tea glass of yogurt
-Half tea glass of oil
-1 teaspoon of baking powder

-1 teaspoon of paprika

-2 tablespoons of oil

How to make

First of all, for the sauce, put the milk, yoghurt, oil and baking powder in a bowl and whisk it until it becomes hemogenized.
For filling, let's take the curd cheese, cheddar cheese, a finely chopped pinch of parsley in another bowl and add the optional chili pepper. Let's mix it and put it aside.
Let's take 2 pieces of filo pastry and cut it with scissors in the middle and get 4 pieces in total.
Let's take one of the pieces we cut and apply sauce first, then spread it and wrap it.
Let's roll the roll we have obtained again and apply the same process to all other doughs.
Let's wrap all the rolls together, add oil and put them in a heated pan.
Let's cook by closing the lid of the pan and constantly checking it on low heat.
