-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-3-4 cups of hot water
salt

How to make

First of all, let's put water in the pot and boil it.

After boiling, let's throw very little salt and cut the cabbage into pieces so that it is not too small and boil it in boiled water.

After boiling, let's wash in cold water and strain.

Let's cook oil and finely
chopped onion in our pan, then add tomato paste and spices.

Let's add water as much as 1 tea glass.

Let's add the finely chopped parsley.

After we cut a piece of garlic from the cabbage, let's add it to the inside of the mortar and wrap it lengthwise like a roll, arrange it in the pot.

Let's add olive oil, salt and tomato paste and add 3-4 cups of hot water.

Let's cook over low heat (about 15-20 minutes)
I put a small plate on the cabbage wraps in the pot, and a stone on the plate, then I close the lid of the pot so that the wraps do not fall apart.
