-2 sheets of dough
-400g chicken breast
-400g chicken cutlet
-1 onion
-2 tablespoons tomato paste (you can use 1 spoon ketchup)
-1 cup boiled or canned peas
-1 eggplant
-red pepper flakes
-Black pepper

For the bechamel sauce:

-1.5 tablespoons of flour
-1.5 glasses of milk
-2 spoonful butter

How to make

Peel the aubergine and cut it into small pieces and fry with oil.
Take the strainer and wait for the oil to drain, meanwhile saute the chicken.
Chop the chickens on the head of the bird, take it to the pan and cook it, stirring occasionally.
When the color turns and releases the juice, add the chopped onion for cooking.
After the onions soften, add tomato paste and ketchup if you prefer.
Cover and leave to cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the peas and eggplant after the water has been drained.
Add the spices and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
The chickens must now be cooked.
For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter and fry until the flour smells.
Add the milk on it and cook it by mixing it with the help of a whisk until it thickens so that there is no lump.
Finally, add salt and take it off the heat.
Cool the dough you cut into 4 in a small bowl.
Tear off pieces from the edges of the dough and cool the hollow part one more layer.
Put the chicken in the bowl and cover the filo pastries hanging from the sides of the bowl.
Turn over to greased baking dish.
After making all the ingredients in this way, pour equal amounts of bechamel sauce over them.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees until the doughs turn pink.
Then sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on it and put it back into the oven.
