Tomato Sauce

-3 kg of tomatoes
-Half tea glass of oil
-15 cloves of garlic

How to make

Peel and chop the tomatoes.
Fry the garlic a little in oil and add the chopped tomatoes.
Boil for about half an hour until the tomatoes melt and water.
If you take the foam and excess water on it with a scoop, you can obtain a thicker sauce.
When the water of the tomatoes decreases and reaches the desired consistency, add the vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Crush quickly with the blender. If you wish, pass it through a sieve. If you sieve it, you will also get rid of the seeds.
Finally, fill the jars while it is boiling and close the unused jar lids that you boiled in a pot of water for 10 minutes.
Turn it over and let it sit until it cools down.
