Turkish Wet Hamburger

beef brisket ingredients:

-1 tooth garlic
-1 unit egg

olive oil
-4 units medium tomatoes (succulent and juicy)

ketchup (at will)

tomato paste

How to make

Take the ends and cut the tomatoes in half and grate them with the thin part of the grater. Cut the garlic into very small cubes, grate according to desire.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add and turn the garlic. Add the grated tomatoes and start roasting over medium heat. Adjust the consistency with ketchup and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until it drains.

To prepare hamburger patties;

grate nectarine and garlic with the thin side of the grater.

Put the lightly fat beef brisket into a glass mixing bowl. Begin kneading with the addition of grated nectarine-garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, freshly ground black pepper and cumin, as desired.
