How to make

We put our meat in the freezer and freeze it for 1 hour. We cut the meat from the freezer leaf by leaf and put it in a pan with a lid. While I was cooking, I added half a tea glass of water into it. We cook until the meat leaves its own juice and absorbs. We add salt, olive oil, and butter on the cooked meats and fry them a little. We cut our loaf bread and press it on the meats to absorb the fat. We take our meats into the bread and add the onions, lettuce, tomatoes, which we cut for brisket.
